Аннотация

В монографии рассматриваются теоретические вопросы и практика развития исследовательских компетенций учителя в условиях общеобразовательной организации. С этой целью в работе уточнено содержание понятий «исследовательская деятельность учителя», «исследовательские компетенции учителя», «инновационная среда общеобразовательной организации»; определены теоретические подходы и принципы моделирования процесса развития исследовательских компетенций учителя; выделены функции его исследовательской деятельности и проведена их классификация по сферам профессиональной деятельности, определена структура исследовательских компетенций; разработана и апробирована процессуально-содержательная модель развития исследовательских компетенций в инновационной среде общеобразовательной организации; показаны структурные компоненты, признаки, основные характеристики такой среды как ресурса развития исследовательских компетенций. Разработанное нормативно-методическое обеспечение процесса развития исследовательских компетенций учителя в инновационной среде общеобразовательной организации может быть использовано в деятельности методических служб, а также в конструировании индивидуального образовательного маршрута учителя с целью мотивации его на исследовательскую деятельность.

This mode is unique; it obeys specific rules and correlations that constitute one of the bases of equipment-sizing equations. In addition to standard aspects of convention, this book examines transfers at very high temperatures where, in order to ensure the efficient transfer of energy for industrial applications, it is becoming necessary to use particular heat carriers, such as molten salts, liquid metals or nanofluids.
