W podręczniku zaprezentowano istotę oraz najważniejsze koncepcje zarządzania jakością służące usprawnieniu ogólnego zarządzania organizacją. Ponadto przedstawiono kwestie związane z systemem oceny zgodności, wykorzystywane w celu weryfikacji spełnienia określonych wymagań dotyczących organizacji, procesu, usługi, produktu, systemu czy osoby, zawierające wyjaśnienia w zakresie normalizacji, certyfikacji, akredytacji oraz audytu. Przybliżono podstawowe wymagania dotyczące zastosowania systemowego podejścia do zarządzania jakością w organizacjach w aspekcie normatywnym, przy wykorzystaniu normy ISO 9001. Uwzględniono kwestie dotyczące branżowych systemów zarządzania jakością mających zastosowanie w branży żywnościowej, motoryzacyjnej, usług IT, medycznej, lotniczej, telekomunikacyjnej i kolejowej oraz wymagania NATO w tym zakresie. Przedstawiono definicje kosztów jakości i ich klasyfikację, a także wybrane modele kosztów jakości oraz rachunek kosztów jakości. Ponadto zawarto zagadnienia dotyczące wykorzystania głównych narzędzi zarządzania jakością stosowanych w organizacjach w celu zapewnienia jakości oraz doskonalenia procesów i wyrobów.

Fractures in the Horse is a comprehensive contemporaneous reference on the subject. The pathophysiology of fractures, including material features of bone failure, modes of fracture, loading characteristics, stress and strain. La publicación de esta serie de trabajos es un esfuerzo conjunto realizado por el decano de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Lima y los docentes del curso de Derecho Procesal de esta casa de estudios. Ya desde el 2017 se mostró un interés por promover foros científicos de notable trascendencia que convocaron a importantes académicos nacionales y extranjeros, el cual se materializó en los congresos internacionales de Derecho Civil y de Derecho Procesal en el 2018. Este último, realizado en los días 18, 19 y 20 de septiembre, conmemoró los veinticinco años de vigencia del Código Procesal Civil de 1993 y abordó los ejes temáticos «Realidad, reforma y tecnología», temas que fueron expuestos por ponentes de talla mundial como Francisco Ramos Méndez, de España; Adolfo Alvarado Velloso, Gustavo Calvinho, Andrea Meroi, de Argentina; Federico Lee, de Panamá; Alejandro Abal Oliú, del Uruguay; también estuvieron presentes los principales representantes del procesalismo peruano como Eugenia Ariano, Juan Monroy, Nelson Ramírez, Raúl Canelo, entre muchos otros, nacionales y extranjeros, cuya ausencia en este espacio no desmerece su importancia en la realización del congreso. Esto no hubiera sido posible sin la participación del decano de la Facultad de Derecho, de los integrantes de la Comisión Organizadora, de los ponentes invitados y del público asistente, entre ellos alumnos, cuya participación conjunta hizo del evento una celebración académica exitosa que hoy, a través de esta publicación, ve la luz.
