of the Fall, the normal course of creative process, as applied to an angelic being, only goes three-quarters of the way – in that you cannot dispense totally with the creation you have expressed in order to experience your desire within. There is a minefield – almost a ‘rubbish area’ or an area of abused matter – that cannot return back into the creative matrix to be used again. So, that surrounds the soul, and the soul desires to go through that process. The problem is when it gets to Earth that process cannot be totally concluded on a physical level because of the effects of the Fall. Then you have, around that soul, the rubbish or the accumulation that is linked to that soul that religions describe as ‘karma’.

      Does that make sense?

      David: Yes.

      Jane: Can people reincarnate directly from the Lower Astral, or do they have to evolve to a certain state in order to have that spiritual dialogue as to where to go next?

      Joseph: The Lower Astral is a sphere of intense desire – intense self-desire. It is an area of preservation. …The soul wishes to continue …wishes to stake its claim …wishes to have its own personal territory …wishes more …wishes all aspects of creation for itself. That draws to itself a great deal of heavier molecules, and the soul has to first come out of that state of mind before it can be influenced again as to whether it returns to the Earth or not.

      So, can it incarnate directly from the Lower Astral?

      No, because it has to go through due process, and it is encased in a world of want …and desire …and need …and anger …and violence that will not allow, at that stage, the intercession of other angelic beings in order to create a new path, a new incarnation and a new physical body. The molecules are far too heavy, far too clustered, far too sharp and far too angular.

      If you were to look at them, the molecules that surround the souls in the Lower Astral are dense, are jagged, are sharp and are a …I don’t want to say ‘an aberration’… they are a further distortion of the way that things should be. The molecules around your earthly body are distorted to a certain extent by the effects of the Fall, but in the Lower Astral there is an amplification of all that is wrong on Earth taken into a spiritual (but not ‘spiritual’ in the sense of being ‘blessed’) level.

      Therefore, the soul has to extricate itself by becoming tired of that process and then elevate itself so that souls can surround it, can minister to it and can give it the choice. Now, there is the choice at this point and, although those souls cannot incarnate directly from the Lower Astral, they can, having elevated themselves, be taken into the cleansing spheres if they wish to continue their journey without reincarnating again.

      So, it is possible for a soul to come from the Lower Astral to learn, to grow, to be blessed with Light, and then to decide to move onwards – just as those spirits from the Earth Plane have decided to move onwards, having had enough of the experience that is bringing them suffering. In that sense they can be ‘born again’ into the spiritual realms, but they cannot go the route of Lower Astral to physical incarnation because they first have to come up into the sphere where they can be talked to and be given the choice through free will. Then they have to make that choice – as any other soul has that has come directly from the Earth plane.

      Does that make sense?

      Jane: Perfect, thank you.

      Tony: Joseph, when you are in the ‘queue’ waiting for the Lords of Karma to place you, and you have already decided what aspects you want to address in the forthcoming physical lifetime, if in that queue advisory spirits persuade you that you can elevate yourself and bypass going through the same old things again – does that mean you have relinquished those ideas you joined the queue for hoping to work through on a physical plane?

      Joseph: It means that you have come to the point where you are willing to examine them. For many souls in that nebulous queue, there is no question about it: ‘I am going back to the Earth. I wish to examine certain areas of my life, and I wish to re-immerse myself in the aspects of the earthy life that I have found most challenging …most pleasurable …or which I did not feel I had brought to a successful conclusion during my last life.’ So you have many, many souls who are blinkered in that respect.

      What I have attempted to describe this morning is a process whereby enough spiritual logic and balanced argument can be delivered to the soul in stasis to allow it to at least acknowledge that it needs to examine its reasons for re-entering the challenges it is about to re-enter. This inflow of Light goes on at the most etheric level because, having relinquished their spiritual life as an ongoing process and having decided to reincarnate on Earth, they place themselves in a magnetic process. They are pulled into a process that will inevitably take them back to the Earth.

      The change of attitude comes about by addressing the barest hint of structure around the soul …by infusing that soul with an almost subliminal change of attitude …by addressing the God-within still encased within that process of needing to reincarnate …and by impressing on the very loose structure of the soul, at that point, enough argument to consider that, at the subliminal shell-level of the soul, a change takes place.

      It is only when the incarnating soul is actually drawn into physical matter again that the reconsidering, which took place in that very fine ‘shell of God-Light’, manifests itself…

      1) In the physical challenges that come to the soul – for example, the soul is born into an area where it is starving or physically or mentally restricted.

      2) That volition is drawn into the physical consciousness of the soul so that it, at least, has the chance of examining its surroundings with a spiritual point of view with a view to escaping the effects of the Fall.

      Joseph: Is that a sufficient answer?

      Tony: Yes, it is. Thank you.

      Joseph: We will at this point withdraw. I am holding the book that this series of addresses will eventually become, and you will find in relation to what we have discussed today (the in-between stage) we are putting in-between chapters to flesh out the concepts that had to be condensed into the four books you have thus far.

      So, we are illuminating certain areas of how life works for you here and in the spirit realms, and the processes that take place, to expand the landscape of information that we have given the readers thus far. By the end of this particular book, you will see that each chapter should still be considered as part of one separate book, but will slot into place between the topics that we have covered thus far in order to ‘fast-track’ (again that term) the entire message and need for change that we need to get into the minds and hearts of people at this time.

      Chapter Three

      A Matter of Time

      Joseph: The theme of the chapter this morning is: A Matter of Time. I want to speak about ‘time’ as you perceive it on Earth, and the reason you perceive it in a linear fashion.

      Because of the effects of the Fall, you do not perceive existence or experience as we do. You perceive it as a journey from point ‘A’ …to point ‘B’ …to point ‘C’ …to point ‘D’, and you observe (as you think) the passing of seconds …and minutes …and months …and years …and decades. But, in effect, what you are witnessing is not a passage of anything at all. It is a layering of your existence. I want you to consider what we have said in previous books regarding the nature of existence on the Earth plane and regarding your inability to let go of concepts, as you would do in the normal run of things spiritually.

      In the normal course of events as an angelic being, you enter into a situation …you extend your senses into that situation …you donate to that situation everything you can offer to the circumstances around you at that particular time …and you absorb from that situation everything it has to offer you in terms of your spiritual expansion and appreciating more of the God-essence outside of and within yourself. Having done that, you then move on to another situation.
