Twentieth Century Men is a family saga that traces the lives of the Wilson family starting in 1888 and continuing through three generations of Wilsons until 2006. It describes how the men survived two World Wars in which they served their country gallantly and how they prospered in business as well as excelling in sporting activities.
Dick, the eldest son, was involved in actions taken to quell the Mau Mau uprising in Kenya where he participated in the vital intelligence work that led to the early capture of the main instigators. He was also involved in organising the visit of the Queen Mother before continuing his service in Borneo, Zambia and South Africa.

It was ironic that Ann Bagley got mixed up with a bunch of extraterrestrials in a night club at the top of the Mile-Hi Building in Chicago. But maybe it was inevitable. She was the daughter of the minister of a flock in a place like Zion, Illinois, home of the ecclesiastical fig newton, only it was a smaller place. I won’t name it here, or name him....<P> Parallel worlds, interplanetary romance, and religion are just some of the elements of this gonzo science fiction story!

A guy goes to rob a bank, and is given more than 20 times the amount he was asking for. A boy goes to Tiffany's to buy his mother a birthday present, and is sold a $7000 necklace for $1…

THE EIGHT BILLION derives its title from O. Henry’s THE FOUR MILLION and Meyer Berger’s THE EIGHT MILLION. The “serried bristling city" of New York does not, of course, contain eight billion people. If it did . . . well, read on. If this is not the overpopulation story to end all overpopulation stories, it will at least give them pause.

"They hilariated when he hyperspaced toward Earth. “Nobody Earthwards,” they snickerly advised. But Young Harmish heeded not, being of stubborn stock, and onwards indefatigably toward the planet near Sol ringed by all that orbiting post-Sputnik junk."
