Using the Apostles’ Creed as the “primary text” this book&nbsp; explores what we believe as Christians and how those beliefs are relevant today.&nbsp; The author’s goal is to help pastors educate and transform members of their congregations.&nbsp; He examines the Creed phrase by phrase in brief sections suitable for congregational study or for emailing to the congregation.&nbsp; For each phrase in the Creed, a «deeper reflection» provides material for preaching a 13-sermon series or for&nbsp; further congregatonal study. A detailed appendix includes recommendations of hymns and songs related to each phrase in the Creed; the suggestions are keyed to several hymnals and songbooks.<br>

This story of forgiveness tells of a little boy who does something «bad» for which he thinks he cannot be forgiven. He does a number of «good» things, but every time someone thanks him and says that he is «good,» he feels «bad.» His mother assures him that she can forgive him and that Jesus will as well. We never know what the «bad» thing actually is as he whispers in his mother's ear, which will allow each child to identify with the situation. Ages 5-8.

At the end of the day, what will people say about you? If folks were totally candid, totally honest, how would your epitaph read? In the Talmud it is suggested that to be successful in this life you should plant a tree, have a child, or write a book. This means you should be sure that you have exerted an influence for good in this life that lives on after your days are on earth are done. In each chapter popular author James W. Moore asks the question, “Just how will you be remembered…” as one who knew Christ’s healing love, who celebrated the joy of the journey, who knew the Gift of the Holy Spirit, who knew how to trust the right things, who knew the power of compassion, who knew how to teach children the key things in life, who knew the importance of prayer, who knew right from wrong, who knew the significance of the battle within, who knew the power of words, who knew “that great gettin’-up mornin'', who knew how to be beautifully extravagant? who knew how to be a real friend, who knew how to close the gate? The book’s epilogue provides some valuable insight into how to become that kind of person and is called “Making Every Day Count!” Also included in the book is a study guide.

@stickyjesus is a fusion of discipleship, faith sharing, marketing, and a Get Started 101 on Twitter, Facebook and blogging.&nbsp; @stickyjesus lays out the current day reality&mdash;the good, the bad, and the ugly&mdash;and challenges Christ followers to regain our God-given dominion on earth, which includes the Internet. With knowledge, skills, and Holy Spirit guidance, we encourage believers to dig in and learn how to navigate this online world together&mdash;and give Christ a voice in the online world. The book also includes personal testimonies. Most are from everyday people impacting others&rsquo; lives and culture online for Christ. These are real people and ministries (about a dozen) making a difference because they walk, talk and connect differently online. They are living out their faith before others unashamed. The authors&rsquo; desire is that this project will equip and empower Christ followers and get them excited about sharing their faith online. &nbsp; &nbsp;
