      Terms such as “implants” or “transmitters” refer to physical objects or those on the energy level that may have been implanted in us and that may impede our spiritual development. There are not only gross material implants or chips, but also subtle ones. And they’re not always only negative; there are also positive ones. If they’re no longer relevant or if they’re harmful, such objects can also be dissolved by the Source – in the same way that I explained earlier.

      Another effective method is to instruct the Source to send a wave of unconditional love through us. This love has such a high frequency, that the implants burn out, so to say. We can do the same thing to purify rooms in which there are subtle beings who do us no good, for example. We can send a wave of unconditional love through these rooms, and because of this high frequency of love, everything that is not love will leave the room.

      Rooms in which unpleasant energy residues from previous events or people are still hanging around can also be purified in a similar way. For example, you can send a positive counter-frequency with the qualities you wish to have into the room. Or you can start talking in that room about high-vibration subjects to do with the Divine, which will result in this higher energy spreading.

      The term “foreign energies” refers to the thoughts and emotions of other beings. As soon as someone talks about you, or engages emotionally or in thought with you – whether in a constructive or non-constructive sense – they send their thought or emotion energies towards you, which then dock onto your energy body. It’s like a lot of people writing you letters that pile up in your mailbox. If you meet someone on the street who actively perceives you, they’ll immediately have certain spontaneous thoughts and emotions concerning you as well. These move through space on the energy level and stick to you too. These are all foreign energies, and they can also be removed from your field of consciousness if you dissolve them.

      Projections are similar. The term “projections” refers to the ideas other people have about you – regardless of whether they’re valid or not. Even if these ideas are not sent to you consciously, they still affect your energy body.

      For myself, I decided I didn’t want to have to instruct the Source to purify me of all these foreign energies and projections every evening, for example. So I came up with the idea of getting the Source to create a double, an energy copy, of myself. I placed this copy in a beautiful place, and now all the foreign energies and projections directed at me are automatically forwarded to the copy and accumulate there. I gave the Source instructions to the effect that this double formation should be supplied with energy from the Source and that the foreign energies that accumulated should be dissolved at regular intervals. This is how I solved the problem with foreign energies for myself.

      All the things listed in the slide can basically be solved in the same way. Namely by connecting with the Source and then giving instructions, as described, for this or that to be dissolved – on all physical and energy levels and regardless of whether we are aware of this in detail or not.

      The physical levels also include the clothes we wear and other objects we regularly come into contact with, such as backpacks and the like. The same applies to the rooms we live and work in. We can also clear these objects and rooms of foreign energies or the other “things to dissolve” on the list – with things like “subtle washing machines” or “subtle vacuum cleaners”, which we can either have the Source construct for us or create and program on the energy level ourselves.

      When purifying and dissolving, it is enough to use the appropriate generic term, for example “contracts”, “implants”, “treaties”, “curses” or whatever. If you have two or three similar beliefs, you can instruct them to be deleted as a package, so to speak. You don’t need to know in detail how long you’ve been carrying these things around with you, where you got them from, why and what they’re for, how many there are or exactly where they are. You don’t have to know all that. All you have to do is clearly state what you want to dissolve. The Source respects our free will, and if we don’t state clearly what is to be dissolved, it doesn’t do it. I recommend the following wording: “Everything that no longer serves my highest divine good shall be dissolved.” Using this formulation, you avoid having things dissolved that are not outdated at all, that are still useful and therefore still serve our divine good. Dissolving things that are no longer relevant and no longer for our highest divine good is the first step.

      The second step is remembering, when you remove them, to delete them together with their associated storage and backup copies, the info-energetic imprints, the effects and side effects, as well as any reproducers and guardians. Suppose someone deletes an image or other file from their mobile phone or computer hard drive that they no longer need. The picture then disappears from their view, but somehow it’s still there in the background. Anyone who knows enough about technology can find the deleted image and make it visible again. The same applies to energy storage and backup copies: even if we dissolve things on the energy level, they still remain stored in the background and can re-install themselves automatically. That’s why we should always dissolve all the background copies as well.

      Then, in a third step, we should remember to fill all the gaps that appeared after the things were deleted. This is because, if you delete something on the energy level an energy gap remains. Theoretically, this gap can be used like a reset button that instantly reinstalls the entire deleted program. Or it can also be filled with something new. Of course, everyone can decide for themselves what they want the gaps that have appeared in their energy body to be filled with. I personally recommend filling them with divine light and unconditional love.

      We can also fill the gaps with other positive energies, such as happiness or joy or trust. We should be careful to instruct the Source to fill the gap with the original energy of trust or with the original energy of joy. As human beings, we have a certain subjective idea of what trust, joy, happiness, or love is, but the ideas in our minds probably don’t correspond to what these energies actually are in essence. Therefore, I would tell the Source to take the respective original energy or primal essence, the original divine vibration.

      If we don’t consciously fill the energy gaps with something positive and divine in this way, they may be filled with some kind of foreign energies that are not really light-filled, that we don’t need, and that don’t serve our highest divine good. For even in the subtle spheres, there are not only pink unicorns and rainbows, but also dark beings who want to abuse our energies for their own purposes, and who try to control our subtle body.

      By the way, the same also applies if you want to contact those who have died, for example. It’s important to connect with the Source beforehand and tell the Source exactly which soul you want to contact. Otherwise, it’s like writing a specific name on a piece of paper and then crumpling it up and randomly throwing it into a huge crowd. What happens then is that a lot of people jump on the piece of paper and claim to be the person you’re looking for – just to get a little attention. So in the end, you’ll most likely have someone in the line pretending to be the wanted deceased and acting as his double or copy. Just because a discarnate person assumes the appearance of someone else on the subtle platform doesn’t mean it’s actually that person. If, on the other hand, you go via the Source, you establish a connection that can’t be “hacked” or manipulated.

      After we’ve dissolved everything that no longer serves our highest divine good – including all the background copies – and after we’ve filled all the energy gaps that have appeared with love, we can, in a fourth step, conclude with the following instruction: May all the light, all the consciousness, all the vibrations that I have lost now be returned to me, completely healed and purified, and be properly integrated and activated.

      Question: Is it possible to make mistakes when dissolving habitual patterns?

      Answer: That depends on what you mean by “mistakes.” As already said,
