      Even though you can’t see them, we all have feelings. There are lots of different feelings.

      Some are fluffy.

      Others are sharp.

      Sharp feelings are not always bad but they make me uncomfortable and unhappy.

      I might feel sad if I am unhappy about something or if someone I love gets hurt.

      I might feel lonely if I don’t have anyone to play with.

      I might feel scared or frightened if I am not sure about something or if something looks dangerous.

      I might feel angry if I can’t have something I want or if I think something is not fair.

      I might feel disappointed when something does not happen like I wanted it to.

      I might feel shy or nervous when I meet new people or when lots of people are looking at me.

      I might feel insecure if I am worried and don’t feel safe or if things are different from normal.

      I might feel jealous if someone else has something that I want or if I think someone is better than me.

      I might feel cross or annoyed if someone has hurt me or broken something that belongs to me.
