I know what question you will ask – grandfather was ahead of me. – I have already told it to you once. It is impossible to kill spirit, but you can kill a body in which it lived. If to catch a spirit and not to allow return to a body, then the person will die and so his spirit won’t find everlasting peace and rest. Remember when priests at a funeral speak: “My God, my God, let the body which you have created from the earth to go back into the earth, and to the Holy Spirit let find rest and everlasting peace”. If a spirit doesn’t find rest and everlasting peace, then forty – one years it will wander on the ground with desire to sweep. After this time, the spirit will be installed in the newborn child. Surprisingly to parents, growing up, the child becomes inclined to quarrels and violence. So, once again I repeat, take care and don’t dare whatever angry you were, to cross border and thus to destroy someone’s life. You can use this method for the benefit of yourself and your family, as well as other people. I tell it, understanding that such force can be used with the purpose of revenge.

      Know, in your business there is no revenge! Therefore, never use this force in the similar purposes. Even if somebody causes you intolerable pain and you will be inexcusably offended, even then you don’t kill anybody. Instead of it let your spirit visit similar people and become the reason of their sleeplessness, causing thus in them corporal and mental irritations. All richness of this world isn’t necessary to the person not realizing himself and nobody else around himself. That is why I have told that this most powerful weapon which exists. Imagine, if with this and with all the force which you possess, you use on someone. This person will feel as if the mountain has fallen to him. He would have no chances to oppose any your desire. Therefore, you have to keep this secret even from the relatives that someone from them unintentionally hasn’t given it and thus knowledge would fall into hands not of right people. Many of them would use this force and in the shortest possible time they could seize the world”.

      “Don’t worry, grandfather, all these secrets I will keep as an apple eye”.

      “Well, sonny. Now continue with occupations and always use the abilities only disinterestedly”.

      I tried to improve this exercise very much. As well as all previous, and this exercise demanded a certain period of time for completion. I was convinced, as well as many times before, that the person can achieve any objectives, if he knows the correct way as to reach it. Before me the set of ways was opened. Each of them was correct and led me to success thanks to instructions of grandfather. I incessantly worked. Grandfather always supported me and set new purposes.

      “And the following exercise will be interesting, but you shouldn’t underestimate it. You will easily manage to move objects and other people, and now it is necessary to learn to move yourself”.

      “I know that everything will turn out, but I never tested to move earlier,” – I have answered to grandfather.

      “Now you will try it. Both with all exercises, and you will achieve excellent results with it”.

      “I will try, grandfather. I will bring each exercise which you will show to perfection”.

      “This time, sonny, I will show nothing, you would need to think in order to achieve success. Generally, results have to be excellent”.

      Till this moment I always directed energy to others, and now I had to direct it on myself. I tried one hundred and one thousand times, but it wasn’t possible. I fought, more than ever earlier. Grandfather has told that it will be interesting and that I shouldn’t underestimate and I tried to be risen from the different parties as well I tried all possible ways, but so far I didn’t manage. He has set the task, expecting either result, or the request for the help. I won’t address him yet, grandfather won’t help. I had no exit. I have asked him, and he has explained me an essence. He has reminded me that each person consists of mind and body. The spirit is energy, and the body is matter. Having told these words everything became clear. I have understood why this exercise was after all previous. Separation of the spirit from the body. I have already achieved it without problems. I have made the same and now. I have separated a body from spirit within nine minutes I have tried to achieve the objectives. I became impatient and therefore I haven’t worked. Having calmed down, I try repeatedly again. Only for the third day it was possible. I have moved myself on ten – fifteen centimeters.

      I have reported about it to grandfather, and he has answered:

      “Continue to perfection”.

      I have continued. It became clear that if I don’t want, then nobody will see my spirit. If I wish, then only those people, to whom I want to be seen, can watch me. It can be so many people how many I will want.

      Suddenly, before my eyes an accurate vision was formed: I have seen an unknown to me fifty – year – old person sitting in the wooden house. The strangers who were on two sides of this house have seen spirit which has separated from his body. Both groups of people had a weapon with which they continuously shot in the spirit which has separated from the person sitting in the house. They didn’t manage to shoot him down, but they got each other. I didn’t know how to explain the vision which has appeared before my eyes, but my grandfather has understood everything. He has begun to rotate hands around my head and I have felt growing warmly and eventually have fallen asleep. I have woken up on the place where trained. As through fog, I felt something, but I remembered nothing. I have told about it to grandfather, he has answered that I slept and all this was probably in a dream. I remained in this belief. Many years later, this vision which I saw than, has become a severe reality.

      Grandfather wanted to look at the results achieved by the done exercise. All happy, I have begun to show how I move my body on five – six meters. Here he has given hands to me and I appeared at thirty – forty meters further. I was delighted.

      “Is it boring for you to walk?” – He asked me while I went to him.

      I have thought, grandfather asks about those thirty – forty meters therefore I have answered that it isn’t heavy at all and not boringly. He has again given hands to me and I appeared on the neighboring hill remote from our house more than two kilometers. Pride and joy had flooded my soul because I knew, grandfather hasn’t simply made it. He wanted to show me that I will do the same, after persistent exercises. Here he came to be near me. With my grandfather, surprises never come to the end!

      “Sonny, it is boring for me to go therefore I teleport home and if you can’t do it, come home on foot”.

      He has disappeared, and I tried to teleport. It was possible in an extent of five or six meters which I have already learned. While walking I thought that grandfather, as always, and was right at this time too.

      “You have to seize own spirit so to feel your body as a plum. Then you will be able to move instantly to several kilometers or several tens, or hundreds of kilometers from the place where you are. When you move the body, you have to be on free space or in the house in which doors or windows are open. Spirit can pass through walls and closed doors, but the body won’t turn out because it is material – grandfather has advised me. – And never forget that you have forces which anybody doesn’t have in the world, but you can use them only disinterestedly. You never dare to kill arbitrarily, only if you protect own life or life of members of your family”.

      I have understood everything and continued to train even more persistently. I thought earlier that my body and spirit are of the same cost, but now I know that the spirit actually is all force, energy of my organism, and my body is simply matter.
