      В феврале 2004 года Ма Вэйхуа, которой грозила смертная казнь (она была задержана с 1,5 кг героина), вынудили сделать аборт, чтобы ее казнь стала «юридически возможной». Когда адвокат подсудимой представил доказательства принудительного аборта, суд приговорил ее к пожизненному заключению.
