По внешнему виду больного

      Это самая первая классификация гипертонии, которую создал немецкий врач Фольгард, исходя из своих исследований, проведенных в 1913–1920 годах. Собственные наблюдения позволили ученому подразделять гипертонию на красную и бледную. Он предполагал прогнозировать течение болезни на основании внешнего вида больного.

      В случае бледной гипертонии происходит спазм мелких сосудов. Кожа лица и конечностей при этом бледнеет, становится холодной на ощупь. Напротив, при красной гипертонии в момент повышения давления лицо и тело краснеют, часто пятнами, что объясняется расширением капилляров кожи.
